Vertimax Australia has been engaged to replace the Building Maintenance Unit at 360 Collins Street. The project was delivered on time and on budget.
The extent of the Building Maintenance Unit upgrade works encompasses the design, documentation, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and 12 months defects liability period maintenance of the Vertical Transportation Services.
Including all minor parts and ancillary work, as necessary along with track modification for the replacement of the existing BMU.
All work undertaken are compliant with current relevant Australian Standards, Statutory Occupational / Work Health and Safety Regulations.
Photos are of the BMU in full operation on 5th February 2020. Further photos of the FAT being conducted at our supplier’s factory in Spain and the other image is the upgrade to each corner track to accommodate the new design BMU.
