To complete a major inspection of the three onsite BMUs (Building Maintenance Units) as well as the fixed jib crane located on level 41.
On completion of these works it was a requirement to load test all the BMUs (Building Maintenance Units) and crane. The crane being a 10 Tonne unit required us to truck in crane counter weights to achieve the required weights for the testing.
A condition of the scope was to complete these works within 8 weeks so we had very tight time constraints coordinating various mechanics, electricians, specialist suppliers and third party engineers.
