To complete a major inspection of the three onsite BMU’s as well as the fixed jib crane located on level 41.
On completion of these works it was a requirement to load test all the BMU’S and crane. The crane being a 10 Tonne unit required us to truck in crane counter weights to achieve the required weights for the testing.
A condition of the scope was to complete these works within 8 weeks, so we had very tight time constraints coordinating various mechanics, electricians, specialist suppliers and third-party engineers to deliver on time.
