To overhaul of all the landing doors from air cords and rollers to replacement electrical contractors.
Further works included the replacement of the blain hydraulic valve unit replacement of the main cylinder seal and a total in-situ re-condition of the main hydraulic rod. The re-conditioning of the rod involved filling in all the pitted areas along its entire length with a chrome-filler and then re-polishing of the rod.
Since the reliability upgrades were completed the lift has experienced trouble free operation and resulted in happier users of the lift and a much happier client.
