Southbank Towers Remedial works & Waterproofing

About This Project

Stage one to three of the major remedial works of the buildings balconies.

These works have involved a large degree of demolition works, substrate repairs via epoxy resin injection, then re-laying the tiles on a waterproof screed.

All works have been completed under a engineering super-intendant. By the projects completion some 285 Balconies will have been demolished and relayed within individual resident apartments.
