Vertimax has completed major remedial works of the buildings balconies. This was completed over 7 stages over five years.
These works have involved a large degree of demolition works, substrate repairs via epoxy resin injection, then re-laying the tiles on a waterproof screed.
By the project completion in July 2019, 312 Balconies have been demolished, re-screeded, waterproofed and tiles relayed within individual resident apartments.
