Our Project Manager’s and Site Supervisor’s along with a team of qualified and competent workers are capable of providing the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver a variety of specialised works.
The VERTI Services division consists of qualified personnel skilled in driving all types of Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) and access plant such as scissor lifts and booms. If it cannot be reached by these means then our rope access technicians are deployed. The VERTI Services team consists of those individuals that are at peace while working at heights. Our remedial team include approved Waterproofers, Concreters and Concrete repairers.
VERTIMAX Australia holds a Construction Builders Licence for those times a permit is warranted on your works.

Our staff are well equipped to complete all types of works to the external of both commercial and industrial buildings. The VERTI Services team has a long and proud history of ensuring the external shell to the ground floor entrance of many land mark buildings is always well presented.
Through our exposure to building facades and rooftops and working with many engineers we have evolved to be able to offer remedial works and waterproofing. This has seen the VERTI Services team carry our remedial works to facades, balconies, general remedial works to buildings and rooftops, which often requires the skills found within then VERTI Access division to get there safely.
The combination of these skills gives us a great advantage and why we are placed as the head contractor for works in high-rise glass replacement, window frame repairs, façade panel replacements, façade rejuvenation, concrete repairs and rooftop waterproofing and membrane works.
Many Building owners are now conducting regular façade inspections to not only prevent the deterioration of their building but for Risk Management in regards to Public Safety and Insurance Risk Mitigation Compliance.
Our visual inspections are achieved by gaining access via the on‐site Building Maintenance Unit (BMU), Industrial Rope Access / Abseiling or Elevated Work Platform with experienced and qualified operators.
Our inspections include (but not limited to) the following: Perished silicon, Damaged panelling, Spalling of masonry façade, Dislodged façade capping’s, Broken or damaged windows, Missing or displaced window gaskets and Deterioration or damage of the window frames. We can often access and complete a 100% façade inspection to highlight any areas of concern then engage suitably experienced and qualified engineers to those specific areas. Engineers can then inspect accurate areas to complete a detailed scope of works and recommendation for repairs.
